Eagle Radio Technologies was started in November 1988 as a service of the Dunkirk and Fredonia Telephone Company. Robert Greenwald was appointed Operations Manager of Eagle Radio Technologies in December of 1988 and held that position until August 31, 2002. Communication Services of WNY & PA, Inc. was incorporated in 2002 by Robert and Orrissa Greenwald. The new corporation purchased Eagle Radio Technologies from Dunkirk & Fredonia Telephone Company on August 31, 2002. Currently Robert Greenwald serves as President and Secretary of the Corporation and Orrissa Greenwald serves as Vice President and Treasurer.

Eagle Radio Technologies is an Authorized Motorola Two-Way Radio Dealer in Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties in New York and Erie and Warren Counties Pennsylvania. The company is also a Motorola Manufactures Representative as well as a Motorola Dealer Product Servicer. Eagle Radio Technologies provides Two-Way Radio sales and service but we also supply, install and maintain 911 Dispatch Center Communication Consoles, E911 telephone systems, Wireless Broadband Systems, Public Safety Mobile Data Terminals, Point to Point Microwave Systems and Closed Circuit Television Surveillance equipment.
